Dr. Mark Machala will discuss the difference between our 2 types of skeletal muscle, the postural or “core muscles” and the big movers or “phasic muscles”. He will explain the importance of strengthening your postural muscles, why they are weak in most of us and how to train them. You will go home with simple tools you can apply to your life immediately.
