In the tradition of Weston A. Price, this unique, interactive course will focus on the preparation of nutrient dense foods as a primary therapy.  Students will get a chance to prepare and sample bone broth, sauerkraut, yogurt, fermented drinks, herbal digestive teas, organ meats, as well as how to adapt various conventional recipes to accommodate common food allergies. This course will be composed of half lecture, part demo, part hands-on preparation, and plenty to sample!
