Saturday January 17 at the Grove, 1195 East Main Street from 9-12am. In this class, students learn a gentle and effective approach to back pain for all ages. Using breath, gentle exercises and awareness, yoga helps students improve and maintain the health of their backs and hips. Causes of low back pain and their relationship to yoga will be addressed.
