The 20th annual World Peace and Prayer Day (WPPD) and Honoring of Sacred sites will be held at Howard Prairie Lake. Admission is free. Chief Arvol Looking Horse, spiritual leader of the Lakota/Dakota/Nakota nations and founder of World Peace and Prayer Day, will lead four days of ceremony. Indigenous elders and spiritual leaders from all over the world will share traditional teachings, address critical concerns for our planet and offer inspiring solutions.
