Sat. July 25th ~ 1-3pm Andrea Kremko is offering a workshop on Stress Management.STRESS BUSTING MADE EASY!Enjoy 2 hours of hands-on, user friendly stress relievers. A variety of stress reducing techniques will be explored enabling you to create your own “grab bag” for stress relief.
