Monthly at the Medford Senior Center the Southern Oregon office of the Alzheimer's Association offers a free class on a different Alzheimer's or related dementia topic.October 26th will be "Holiday Planning Strategies" and we will discuss adjusting expectations for caregivers and families, how to involve the person with dementia, and the importance of staying flexible and finding support during this busy time.We will provide attendees with different materials and resources for additional support.This program is vital for those caring for a loved one with dementia. The program is FREE but we do ask that participants register by calling 541-772-2273
