4-6pm. Victoria Lane will be presenting exciting talks on topics selected by attendees. Topics include self-hypnosis, energy-work, meditation, animal totems, and more. This workshop is Creation in the Moment, come be a part of it. $5 Donation Suggested.Victoria Lane CHT is offering two deep mediations on Wednesday.The first will focus on creative personal solutions, well-being and stressrelief through deep relaxation and self suggestion, 4:00 to 5:00. Donation$5.00The second offering will focus on the support and practice of healthyhabits for success in weight loss and stop-smoking 5:00 to 6:00. Donation$5.00If desired, Please bring your own mat and pillow to meditation.Victoria is available on Wednesday from 12:00 to 3:00 for complimentary 15minute Hypnosis consultations and private sessions.
