We’re asking for three kinds of donations, so, if you love WebSpirit, take your pick:1) Beautiful gifts and quality services for a silent auction. (Make arrangements before October 30th.)2) Fun prizes for a raffle3) Bake sale goodies and hors d'oeuvres for the refreshment table. (Just bring your tasty treats to the door.)Your donations will support WebSpirit’s community work: the development of models that connect us and boost our local economy. Your gifts can also help raise everyone’s awareness of your work throughout this conscious community. We’ll trumpet your generosity to our members!We could also use some friendly help to co-create this event. Please contact us if you’re called to volunteer. Here are some of the jobs that need doing.1) Child care in an adjoining room. Help us look after the little ones.2) Publicizing the event and helping to sniff out possible donations.3) Manning the refreshments table / arranging the bake sale4) Help with orchestrating the raffle and silent auction. (Make sure I don’t miss anything)5) Selling and taking tickets at the door.6) Set-up and pull-down on the night of the event.Wow, that’s a lot, but many hands make light work. Speaking as the Community Assistant, I could use some assistance! This event will only be as fun as your help and cool gifts can make it.Thanks in advance for making this a really FUN evening.We need help with Publicity!I simply can’t connect to enough people. I’ve been told that we need to hit the street corners… or at least the doors of the CoOp!We need help posting fliers and distributing handouts. This help is so valuable to us at the moment, that we’ll compensate you with tickets.If you’ll give us a hand, we’ll give you tickets to the event.Two hours of handing out or posting at unique locations = One ticket to join us at the party on November 2nd.Contact me at webspirit@webspirit.us and I’ll get you the materials.So far, we already have some awesome Donations.
