Unity thru Rhythm – Developing A Drumming Community

This playshop will take a look at how a community drum circle can be seen as a metaphor for a functional, intentional community. We will be play together in a facilitated drum circle model, taking brief breaks to point out how different voices have their roles, each being as important as the next, offering a learning opportunity for the individual and/or the group. Some drums and percussion instruments will be provided – or feel free to bring your own.
