MEDITATION HOUR with REV. NORMA
Rev. Norma is hosting a weekly Meditation Gathering. This is a great opportunity to become skillful in meditative practices and receive support for nurturing your inner life.
Norma has practiced Buddhist meditation for over 30 years and offers practices from various lineages and several styles of meditation. This will be rich time of hearing a short dharma presentation and sitting in contemplative silent practice, then sharing any reflections in brief check -in with the participants. Let's water the gardens of our inner worlds together!
