Min Hametzar Karati Yah, b'anani ha merchav Yah. (Psalm 92)
From out of the depths/narrow places I call to You...and I am answered

Many of the worlds traditions celebrate the time of the Autumnal Equinox. The equal division of light and dark calls us to chart our courses into the Winter season with a sense of renewal and return.  To what do we long to "return?" How do we communicate with what Abraham Lincoln called "The angels of our better nature?"   Is there, as the psalmist writes, "an ear that hears and and eye that sees?"   How do we speak to and how do we listen to this deep wisdom?  What can we do to reconnect, and lighten our spiritual load as we follow the example of nature and drop our seeds and our leaves as we head into the mystery of the inward season?
