Families will visit local farms, where they'll meet the growers, get a tour, and harvest some produce. Then they'll take their harvest to the Bellview Grange, where professional cooks will help the families prepare meal to share, there at the Grange. It'll be fun and informative, a chance for kids and families to visit the places where healthy food is grown, to have the satisfaction of preparing delicious food, and to experience community in this positive way.Tickets will be available soon. We'll keep you posted. We invite you to support this adventure by volunteering to help, or by making a tax-deductible donation. You can get more info at the meeting, or by contacting Brett at schumacher.brett@gmail.com or at 608-772-2738.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------Visit our Website at www.transitiontownashland.orgPlease share this information with people who are interested in local sustainability.Thank you.
