Unleashings include elements of awareness-raising regarding the complex challenges we face – but in a spirit of “together, we can do something about this,” rather than a doom-and-gloom scenario. Unleashings often include presentations on the practical and psychological aspects of personal change – and whatever inspires community involvement in sustainability and relocalization. They often include music, food, dance, games – whatever reflects and fuels our community’s intention to embark on this collective adventure.Open Space Technology (OST) is an innovative and widely-used methodology to enable all kinds of people, in any kind of organization, to create inspired, productive, fun, and wildly creative meetings, events, and projects. Over the last 20+ years, it has also become clear that Open Space Technology, as an intentional leadership practice, can create inspired organizations, where people work together to create extraordinary results.Visit our Website at www.transitiontownashland.orgPlease share this information with friends and associates who are interested in local sustainability.Thank you.
