OPENING TO PRESENCE
THE HEART OF THE NEW SPIRITUALITY
Presence is the very heart of spirituality, psychological healing, loving relationships, and vital embodiment. It is the heart of what is emerging. It is your very nature. Come learn a simple but profound practice that opens to Presence and is grounded in the body and breath, centered in the heart, and held in primary awareness.
In each session we gather to open to Presence through a tune-up with sound, a check-in, and a primary practice of the Seven Aspects of Presence. We might explore some aspect of Presence to deepen and enhance our capacity for Presence in integral living. This might include mindful Presence, spiritual Presence, relational Presence, psychological Presence, or embodied Presence, all of which are One Presence.
This is a weekly drop-in group, with no previous experience required. Meetings are free of charge, but bring your presence to share.
