The Storytelling Guild and Craterian Performances present Tears of Joy Puppet Theatre’s production of the ‘Jungle Book” at 1:30 and 4 pm Sunday, January 18, at the Craterian Ginger Rogers Theater, 23 S. Central Ave., Medford. Doors open 30 minutes prior to each performance and seating is limited. This is a wonderful opportunity to share a love of books and storytelling in a beautiful theater setting, open to the public. Admission is free. The Storytelling Guild is also collecting new or gently used children’s books that go toward the ‘Pass the Book” program. The Guild distributes these children’s books to local outreach programs to benefit the children in need. In addition to this program the Storytelling Guild sponsors the Children’s Festival: mark your calendars for July 12-14 2009 at the Britt Grounds in Jacksonville.
