In addition to crafts and refreshments, the Inward Bound Wellness Centre offers free Yoga, Pilates, and Massage Demos during the Bazaar. Demonstrations include Pilates, Shadow Yoga, and Thai Massage.

» 5:30 to 6 Shadow Yoga Demo with Dara Daniels: a yoga form that combines qi gong, martial arts, and hatha yoga
» 6 to 6:30 Thai Massage Demo: "the lazy man's yoga," where participants are stretched, kneaded and rocked into bliss
» 6:30 to 7 Shiatsu Demo: pressure point massage based on Chinese meridians.
A portion of the proceeds goes to fund the Vibrant Youth Yoga Project, a program offering yoga and art as a means of therapy to young women and teens living at the Lithia Girls Home.
The Inward Bound Wellness Centre offers Ancient Eastern and modern Western tools for health, healing and fitness: Yoga, Pilates, and Gyrotonic; acupuncture and massage; Ayurvedic nutrition and holistic counseling; and a Yoga Store and Art Gallery.
