Half- day Yoga and Healing retreat will explore the Myth of Hanuman's great leap to the sun and the symbolism of the assymetrical jaw- while we stretch and breathe and explore in a very gentle morning yoga asana practice. Quite suitable for all ages and for beginners. A cozy winter lunch prepared especially for you and time to reflect read and converse- chanting and pranayama included. Optional afternoon advanced yoga practice too! cost- $30, add $10 for additional advanced practice
