What is Nia?  With form and freedom, Nia blends nine lineages from dance, martial arts and healing arts -- including jazz dance, modern dance, Tai Chi and yoga -- to provide a fun and supportive environment for you to move, heal and get fit your body's way.

Every class is taught at three intensity levels at once.
No previous experience necessary. Every body is welcome.
