Forest Shomer is the owner of Inside Passage Seeds in Port Townsend, Washington. Founder and director of Abundant Life Seed Foundation until 1992, he has grown and collected seed from over 400 kinds of plants and traded seeds internationally for almost 4 decades. Since 1973 he has been completely devoted to producing, distributing, and educating about the seeds of species and garden varieties of plants suited to the Pacific Northwest.
