WHY?
On the quantum level of reality, where all exists as vibrational waveform consciousness, the process of spirit becoming matter is governed by a grid or net. This net is literally the fabric of creation. The vibrational waveform consciousness must adhere to the laws of the net in order to manifest in our third dimensional physical reality.
We can refer to these laws of the net as Sacred Geometry. By having an understanding of these fundamental concepts we enhance our capacity to participate in this life on a much deeper level, actually taking part in the co-creation process.
When we understand how the net works we have freedom to work within it, without getting caught up in it.
