An exploration of hatha yoga using the 4 paths or gates, raja, karma, jnana, and karma, to explore the deeper dimensions of yoga. With inspiration from the classical yogic scriptures, and the body, breath, and heart as our guide.
Great for beginners and experienced practitioners alike. Drop-ins are welcome although doing as much of the series as possible is recommended.
