Originally founded by Dr. Joshua Stone, the Wesak Festival is staged by Dawn Fazende, editor/publisher of Mount Shasta magazine. The 2009 Festival is a founding event for the International Love Convocation, dedicated to creating an annual week when people around the world focus on learning the joy of loving everyone. Love Convocation Week from May 3rd - 10th leading into Wesak 2009
