This Playshop is open to lay people and massage therapists who want to learn to care for others using playful and deep techniques.  Traditional Thai Massage was created in India 2,500 years ago by the physician to the Buddha as a form of Loving Kindness (Metta). Learn how to perform a one hour sequence on your loved ones and/or clients applying the methods of stretching, compression, rhythm and joint mobilization.  Thai Massage is performed on cushioned mats on the floor and recipients wear loose comfortable clothing. It is strongly encouraged that participants have some yoga or body awareness and have the ability to move around on their hands and knees.
