A Fundraising Event for Wellness in Our CommunitySouthern Oregon Mind-body Outreach Project will hold its first fundraising event from 1:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 5 at the Ashland Yoga Center, 485 A Street, Ashland.Proceeds from the event will help fund programs such as Lithia Springs Residential Treatment Homes for incarcerated teen boys and girls and for those healing from trauma, abuse, addiction, and other life challenges.Participatory sessions that showcase the Project’s programs will be presented from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. (wear comfortable clothing), followed by an evening of food, free live music, and fun beginning at 5:00 p.m.Ticket prices range from $15 to $50 per person based upon the number of sessions attended.
