Heart and Sound Journey with Clare Hedin
Sunday, July 10th, 7-9 pm
Come and explore who you are and how you connect to spirit through your voice, through communication, sounding and silent presence. If we listen deeply we can experience our deep ecology, our belonging, and suddenly all boundaries dissolve - allowing us to feel ourselves as the oneness. In this workshop, we will use dialogues, sound, and music to focus and listen, to enhance our sensitivity and awareness of ourselves as spirit, angel and human beings. Exploring the healing qualities of sounds and deep listening, we will visit compassionately with where each of us are, right now , on our healing journey.
