FOCUS: Physical sensation.

INTENT: Cultivate joy in your body irrespective of circumstance.

WHO:  People who want to deepen their somatic practice or become Nia teachers.

The once-a-week format offers you a relaxed pace and the luxury of immersing in the Nia one Sunday a week over seven weeks.
From Principle #1, The Joy of Movement, to Principle #13, Sharing What You Sense, the Nia White Belt has something for every body.
The Seven Sundays Nia White Belt is perfect for people with work-week obligations, or for people on the path of healing who benefit from time to rest and integrate the material at a slower pace.

No previous Nia or dance experience necessary.

All bodies, shapes, sizes and abilities are welcome.
