Share healthy nurturing massage to increase circulation and mobility, decrease stiffness and inflammation, and more! Seniors have common conditions and often have some fragility that requires a gentler massage and specialized techniques. At approximately the same price of one spa massage, classes are $95 for 2 people for 2 half day classes. You and your partner will learn to exchange massages, improve communication and have fun. Lessons are for home use only.
