An elegant and delicious evening at the Ashland Springs Hotel featuring 7 World of Wine award-winning wines expertly paired with dishes prepared by renowned area chefs. Appetizers prepared by chefs from Amuse, Chateaulin and The Winchester Inn and specially paired with select wines will be served in the Atrium, followed by a 4-course, sit-down winemakers’ dinner prepared by Larks. A live wine-themed auction will take place in between courses. The winemakers of the featured wines will be present during the evening to introduce their wines with each course and discuss pairings. This was a sold out event in 2010, and with an abundance of wine and fabulous food, this year’s event is sure to sell out quickly. Tickets are limited so reserve today.
