Kagyu Sukha Chöling, the Buddhist Center located at 109 Clear Creek Drive, Ashland, invites the community to a weekend of training with Rose Taylor Goldfield on Wisdom Body Lujong, the ancient Tibetan practice that brings physical exercise and meditation together. Sessions will be held on Saturday & Sunday, September 16 - 17, from 9:30am to noon, and 1:30 to 4:30pm.
Tuition: $150 for the weekend, space is limited and registration is required by September 13.

Rose Taylor Goldfield is a Buddhist teacher, author and translator specializing in meditation, philosophy and yogic exercise. She holds an MA in Indo-Tibetan Buddhist Studies from Naropa University. She and her husband, Ari Goldfield, are co-directors of Wisdom Sun.
