The Rogue Valley Symphony will present its Concert Series V for the 2011-12 season.  Gary Karr, guest bassist, will perform Koussevitsky's "Double Bass Concerto" and Paganini's "Moses Fantasy."  Also on the program are Rossini's "La Gazza Ladra" overture and Sibelius' "Symphony #2.".  Music Director Martin Majkut will present a pre-concert talk one hour before the performance.  Please call the box office at (541)552-6398 for tickets or visit our website at www.rvsymphony.org.  Student tickets are $5, depending on availability.  Repeat performances in Medford at the Craterian Ginger Rogers Theater on April 21 at 7:30pm and in Grants Pass at the GPHS Performing Arts Center on April 22 at 3pm.
