Rogue Solar is a community-based project to help residents and businesses overcome the logistical and financial obstacles of going solar. Coordinated by the Rogue Valley Council of Governments in partnership with RHT Energy Solutions, Solar Oregon, Energy Trust of Oregon, Pacific Power, City of Ashland, Umpqua Bank and Rogue Federal Credit Union.
