This is a one hour introduction to the Rock My World TEEN program. It is great for middle and high school students who need support, communication skills, caring friends, and who seek to understand their sensitive perceptive abilities. It is a great character building and leadership program.BASIC Program1st week: Open Heart Sharing. Safe and supportive communication space for everything and anything you need to share. Confidentiality and other communication agreements must be adhered to.2nd week: Truth Skills for Teens. Ten specific tools for effective communication that promote honesty and integrity. These are very powerful, yet simple, ways to speak your truth.3rd week: How to Translate Energy Perceptions into Useful Information. Since we are empathic and intuitive beings naturally, this week is about acknowledging our perceptions and fine tuning them to maximize the benefits of our attuned consciousness.4th week: Character Development. I've authored over 50 Stories for Awakened Awareness that inspire high character values. We are all learning to be non-judgmental, respectful, integrous, compassionate, and kind. Leadership students will help teach these and the other RMW practices to others.There are 3 types of 4 week programs: BASIC for first time RMW students, INTERMEDIATE for repeating RMW students, and LEADERSHIP for advanced RMW students.This program was designed and is conducted by Michelle Engel.
