Free introductory talk on Re-Evaluation Counseling.
Re-evaluation Counseling is a tool for:
*understanding human behavior
*dealing with feelings--your own and those of others
*ending oppression and making social change
*recovering the intellectual potential, the natural zest, and the loving nature with which we were born.
The theory provides a picture of human beings' natural goodness, describes the way in which it was obscured, and the process for reclaiming our real selves.
The practice consists of peer counseling in which each person takes a turn listening to the other and encouraging emotional release.
