Qi Gong, a meditative and a healing art, was developed in China about 4,000 years ago.
Gentle, contemplative movement helps unify body, mind and spirit.          
The Eight Flowing Forms (Ba Tuan Chuan) is a simple, standing form that cultivates and moves Qi while building strength, flexibility and resilience when practiced regularly.
The Three Treasures, the first 3 forms, are specifically used to cultivate and nourish Qi.
