OSU small farms program, in partnership with USDA RMA, hosts a hands-on poultry processing workshop to address the law, regulations, and best management practices for farm-direct slaughter and sales under new Oregon house bill 2872. Learn about pathogen management, sanitation, regulatory compliance, labeling and sale, and pastured poultry principles. Cost $60 or $90 for two farm partners.
