Using the blueprint of the human body as a guide, this class will incorporate EGOSCUE e-cises (many of which as yoga-based) to assist in understanding and eliminating the cause of chronic pain and optimizing function. Emphasis is placed on reducing rotation in shoulders and hips - bringing them into vertical and horizontal alignment.
