Efren Gonzalez, who hails from Ajijic, Mexico, a fishing village on Lake Chapala near Guadalajara and runs the Efren Gonzalez Cultural Center will be teaching his Oil Painting Techniques. This workshop is PERFECT for BEGINNERS because he will be bringing oil paints for students to use and he will teach his method of "attacking the canvas" that is quite liberating. The workshop will take place Tuesday and Wednesday September 27 and 28 and costs $160, $140 for early registration. People can contact me with any questions at sarahfburns@gmail.com or 541-621-7767.
