May 2nd is Renee's 40th Birthday. Come help celebrate on May 5th at Oasis!

This will be a full evening affair with yoga by donation with the wonderful Chandrika from 5:30-6:45 pm and then we will drop deep into the sanctuary of our breath, our bodies and our skin with a community dance journey facilitated by Renee Jeffus.

The dance journey is from 7-9 with chill style birthday gathering from 9-10pm.

Come dive deep into the Sanctuary of your own skin as we journey together into the magical realms of breath, music and dance. This dance will be oriented towards the inner realms and contact dance will be discouraged to help initiate a field of safety, depth and inner exploration. All welcome...
