Please join us New Year's morning for our eighth annual Nia New Year's Visioning event.

Every new year, we come together to dance, meditate and delve into a unique, body-based inquiry process to set our personal focus and intent for the coming year.
 
As a community, we then collectively choose a focus for 2013, and create the foci we'll draw from for Nia classes throughout the year.
