The next Wellness Faire is coming up on Saturday, November 10th, from 12 to 5 at a NEW LOCATION: Oasis Healing Arts, at 258 "A" St, Suite #21, in Ashland. Expect a healing afternoon that allows you to experience the talents and gifts of our local healers, intuitive arts practitioners, and various natural health professionals, all in one convenient location.
Admission is free, & mini-sessions are just $20 for 20 minutes from the practitioner of your choice - longer sessions also available. Consider the Wellness Faire to be a regional Wellness Smorgasbord, where you can sample from a wide variety of select practitioners from Mount Shasta & the Rogue Valley - all in one convenient location - & find your next healer.

This month, Kent Noonan of Luminous Technology will give a presentation entitled Light, Medicine of the Future. Laser and LED light therapy is revolutionizing health care by accelerating the body's repair mechanisms. New applications evaluate the, body's energy field using the interaction of light in the eyes. Learn, more about how light entering and exiting the body is opening new vistas in our understanding of health. Biophotons and water provide key insights into the, functioning of our DNA.
Kent will bring Violet, Red, and InfraRed lasers and LED, devices to experiment with after the presentation. Presentation by Kent Noonan of Luminous, Technology.
Van A. Fleming, a Martial Artist since childhood, has trained extensively in several lineage arts, including Tai Kwon Do, Kung Fu, Tai Chi, Chi Gung, Reiki.
He enjoyed success as a tournament artist through the 80&90’s as well as taking peace to the streets through Guardian Angels and Public Eye.
A Reiki Master and Integrative Energy Practitioner, he healed & rejuvenated himself from life threatening disease and has taught empowering classes to children and adults, including elders and those with chronic illness, since 1993.
He will be demonstrating a simple ‘Breathing, Moving, Being’ session used for cultivating deep awareness, centering, grounding& rejuvenation.
Van and Kathleen have been on a spiritual healing journey together for 20 years.
Their teachers have included many Elders from diverse Nations, including Australian
Aboriginal Elder Blanasi who shared the healing power of the didjeridoo with Van in 1998. Since then, they have participated in and co-facilitated hundreds of sound circles, healing lodges, community gatherings, concerts, music/sound recordings, private sessions and school, hospital & library visits.
As ‘Earth Family’ they continue to play by heart with other sacred culture artists from around the world for the Love of Life and Deep Harmony.
They will be opening this Saturday's Wellness Faire at Oasis in Ashland with a multi-instrumental, community ‘Sound Blessing’ at noon.
