Cecily and Michal met while studying opera and cello, respectively, at the Manhattan School of Music. They have performed around the world and have recently settled in Ashland.About Michal's Yoga:Michal grew up in Warsaw, Poland and has continued his exploration of yoga since age 17. Strongly influenced by the beauty, precision and depth of the Iyengar tradition, Michal has trained with many accomplished mentors including Patricia Walden and Karin Stephan. He has also studied at the Iyengar Institute in Pune, India. Over the years Michal has developed his own teaching method and believes that yoga is the creation of conscious transformation in the body and in the soul.
