Dyad Meditation combines the power and challenge of dyads (two people facing each other) with the power and challenge of spiritual inquiry (such as, “Who am I?”).

It combines dyads, the essence of relating, with Presence, the essence of spirituality.

It combines the focus of relational engagement (being fully present with self and other) with spiritual awakening (Opening to Presence and Being Presence).

It combines the practice of authentic speaking and deep listening, with direct experience of yourself (unmediated by the mind, its ideas, beliefs, stories, judgments).

Both are supported by a Practice of Presence that uses mindful body sensing, breathing, listening, and looking for being present and for Being Presence.

Dyad Meditations are preceded by basic instruction and guided Presence Meditation, and followed by a closing circle of sharing.

No previous practice is required, but bring your presence and your willingness to be here and now in a safe and sacred space.

When: Tuesday evenings, 7-9 pm. Dates for October: 7, 14, 21, 28.
