Meditation practices and breathing exercises. These are basic practices that everyone can benefit from and will improve your overall state of wellness. Everyone is welcome. You must be able to sit quietly for several continuous minutes. Bring a mat if you desire, chairs are available. Team facilitated by Beth Hamilton and Kim Carson. Namaste.
