Lue Douthit: Playing (Play) Doctor

 

(Ashland, Ore.) Join the Friends of Hannon Library for their May event, featuring Lue Douthit, OSF Director of Literary Development and Dramaturgy. Douthit will speak at Southern Oregon University’s Hannon Library on May 2 at 5:30 PM.

 

Lue Douthit has been with the Oregon Shakespeare Festival for nineteen seasons and has been the production dramaturge for more than 39 productions. She has also taught theatre courses at Southern Oregon University. Douthit holds doctorate and master’s degrees in dramatic theory and criticism, and in 1999 she was awarded the Elliott Hayes Award from the Literary Manager & Dramaturgs of the Americas.
