>Aloha Fellow Nature Lovers,The energies of tree, creek and sky beckon us to Lithia Park for Summer Natural Chi Gung and Meditation gatherings. Please meet me in the sweet grassy area between the upper duck pond and the tennis courts from 10:30-12 and 6:30-8 on Wednesdays.Bring with you something to sit on like a folding chair or camping seat and a blanket or towel to lay on the ground.Please see the flier below for all the details of these classes (noting the locational change, of course).
