Each month there will be three classes that focus on one rhythm. Each week the dance for the selected rhythm will be reviewed with a few moves added. Classes Most Mondays,

1st Wk - The 3 trimesters, Hands & Feet

2nd Wk - Labor, Upper body     

 3rd Wk - Delivery, Lower body and hips
