Farmers and farmland are two sides to one very precious coin of local food. Over the next 20 years, it is estimated that 400 million acres of farmland will change hands. This conference will focus on giving land owners and farmers the tools to work together. It will also highlight what is happening at a national and local level in terms of agricultural land preservation policy.
