INWARD BOUND WELLNESS PRESENTS SPRING FESTIVAL AND VIBRANT YOUTH YOGA PROJECT BENEFITEnjoy live music, prizes, food and drink, and discounts in the new Yoga Swap Shop at the Inward Bound Wellness Spring Festival, Friday, June 5th from 5 to 9 p.m. There will also be FREE movement demonstrations and a free yoga class at 8:00.Help us celebrate the Grand Opening of the Yoga Swap Shop, a used yoga consignment store, and also see the unveiling of the artistic work of Leah Fanning Mebane and Martha Cotton. Proceeds will benefit the Vibrant Youth Yoga Project which supports yoga classes for at-risk teens.The Inward Bound Wellness complex is located at 611 Siskiyou Blvd, Suite 10, next to Safeway in Ashland.
