Teacher: Tracie SageThis is the slide show presentation from my summer research tour of six European communities and a village—each 25+ years old—with practices and core elements of functional social structures that have passed the test of time. I will share from my experiences studying these working models of community living, participating in their daily life and interviewing the community members. I feel totally inspired by the aspects of these communities that have made them successful and feel eager to inspire others by sharing the insights, stories, and photos I’ve gathered. These tried and true practices can be applied in your circle or community, whatever form it takes, to deepen connection and cooperation, enhancing the social roots of “village” in your life today.Tracie is committed to living, learning and teaching practices for sustainable living.
