The Inquiry Method™ is a process that I have been developing and teaching for 20 years. It is a process for healing and transformation. The quality of Inquiry is the capacity to deepen our self-awareness, improve our relationships and to support learning and understanding.
In this process you will learn and experience the simple and powerful technique of Inquiry both internally and in practice with others. Inquiry allows us access to our awareness and deepens our relationships and interactions with others.
Join us on Wednesday evenings at 6:15pm every Wednesday in April at Om Sweet Om Yoga Studio in Talent. (park in the city hall lot. Studio is in the back of the Harmonic Designs and Creme Coffee house building.)
